They had said will be there at 8:00am and my doorbell rang at 8:00am! I figured half day job at least, they unloaded, removed 12 trees, stumped all of them, replaced the dirt back into the holes and were packed up at 9:00!!! VERY professional and efficient ... highly recommend!

VERY WELL. REMOVED THE FALLEN TREE AND CLEANED THE AREA. ROBBIE LEFT NO TRACE OF DEBRIS. ROBBIE EVEN CLEANED UP THE REMAINDER THAT THE CITY LEFT IN THE FRONT YARD.

We recently purchased a lot that had a large tree with several dead limbs that we needed cut. The first encounter with this company was great. I think I called on a Friday or Saturday and they came out on a Sunday and provided us an estimate for the work. Due to our work schedule we had to schedule the work about 3 weeks out to accommodate our work schedule to make sure we would be available. They actually offered to do the work ahead of schedule. Not only that they came out on a Sunday after church which was great for us. The tree looks 100% better and we’re no longer worried about one of dead limbs falling in the road. I would definitely use this company again for future work.

Excellent! I was extremely impressed with the sophistication they used in the tree removal. Their experience was obvious as they orchestrated removal of a dangerously dead 50+ yr old large tree in my yard (located within a neighborhood with above-ground power lines stretching the entire perimeter of the property). And at a economical rate. Cleanup was organized & professional too. Highly recommend!

The owner himself came to the property to assess my needs. He gave me options and even helped me choose which option would be the most financially beneficial to me to get this very large project done. He worked it out so that a team of three very talented, professional, and curteous young men came on a day that worked best for my schedule. During the day of services, the owner called me to check on the progress and to gauge my level of satisfaction. Additionally, the foreman of the team kept the team motivated and working the entire time they were at my residence. Not only did they clear my property line of all the trees brush and roots like I asked, but when it came to removing the larger trees they even offered (to which I accepted) to cut down the larger trees into firewood. This additional service was included in the original quoted price. Furthermore, these gentlemen were very cognizant of my existing landscaping and carefully made sure not to disrupt any parts of my property and did a wonderful cleanup job when they were finished. I would use Melrose Tree & Landscaping again and again for future needs. If you want skilled professionals who get the job done on time and budget - this is the company to go with!

They did an excellent job! Nic Easterling managed my project and he was excellent! He was very responsive to my calls and texts and performed all work in a professional and timely manner. We will be using them to lay some sod and I am confident we will be extremely pleased! Its nice to know there are still contractors out there to do an honest days work for the pay! Melrose Tree did the work for me. Mr. Melrose was very responsive to my call and showed up at my door immediately with an accurate and reasonable estimate. I was very impressed with the employees and quality of work ethics, and most of all how efficient and quickly they were able to do the work. Also, they do very clean work. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to clean up as soon as Mr. Melrose dropped a limb. I will definitely be calling Melrose Tree and Landscaping again to remove a dying tree in the backyard.

This company has INCREDIBLE Customer Service! After other companies not showing up in the past week to take down a tree, I emailed Melrose Tree and Landscaping last night. They called me first thing this morning , on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend, came and gave me an estimate, and completed the work by 2pm of the same day! They even came back to trim a few branches on other bushes that were interfering with my satellite dish. I would highly recommend! I plan on having them back in a couple of weeks to do landscaping for me.

No heavy equipment could be gotten into the small area between detached garage, storage building, and swimming pool. All work had to be done by hand. Mr. Melrose brought in his team and they worked swiftly, efficiently, and safely. Cleaned up the site beautifully afterward. Cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Melrose Tree and Landscaping.

David and his crew did superb work pruning and trimming four of our unkempt and seemingly unmanageable trees (two dwarf fruit, one ornamental, one large shade tree). They also did a great job of removing overhanging limbs from two of our neighbors' yards (including a 30 or 40 foot high "widow maker" 8" thick dead oak tree limb). They cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the yard immaculate, and looking much brighter and about 50% larger. We were also happy with the very reasonable cost. Thanks, guys!

Extremely pleased with the quality of work preformed at my residence. Employees are very professional and preform service in a timely manner. They frequently check with the customer to make sure they are pleased with work being preformed. They clean up after project completion and do not accept payment for the service until the customer is satisfied. I strongly recommend them and already have plans for future projects.
