We were in need of a home and we had a very tight schedule and a very specific criteria for our home. I am a home inspector (and Angie's List Super Service Award Winner) and have worked with hundreds of agents over the years. I have worked professional with the Buxton's for over ten years as a home inspector and when I needed a Realtor, I did not have to consider for a moment who to choose. I know of no other agents who work as hard to protect the interest of their clients than the Buxtons. Many people aren't aware that Alabama is the only and quot;Buyer Bewareand quot; state left in the country. Sellers are not required to disclose problems with the house. This means it is very important for a buyer to learn as much about a property as possible. Marsha excels in helping a buyer obtain as much information about the property as possible. In our contract, in addition to the typical home inspection contingency, Marsha added a requirement for the seller to provide a CLUE Report. This report is like a Car Fax, providing information about past insurance claims. I don't know of any other agents who provides that type of service
