Team Buxton is a husband and wife real estate team offering professional residential real estate services. We employ the professional services of a home stager, photographer, graphic artist and assistants to provide Five Star Service to our clients. We have been in business since 2003. We have an intimate knowledge of the area having lived here most of our lives, raised our children here and owning two businesses here. We are actively involved in the community serving on various boards and committees. We have an extremely strong educational background in real estate specializations, such as new construction, military market specialists, and we have earned the designations of Certified Residential Specialists, Graduates of the Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer Representatives, Master Certified New Home Specialists, E-Pro and Internet Marketing Specialists. Marsha Buxton serves on the Agent Leadership Council of Keller Williams Realty in Huntsville and has won Keller William's "Heart of a Teacher" award for 2010 and 2011. We strive for excellence in all areas and are attentive to details. We are constantly growing our team and improving our skills while offering very personalized service to our clients. On our purchase Marsha worked with us to establish our criteria and then almost immediately sent us the listings for homes that fit that criteria. As soon as we identified homes that interested us she moved quickly to set up appointments for viewing. Both Marsha and Paul we always on time for those appointments and they stayed on top of the search. We ended up making an offer and buying a home that was on the market for only one day.
Many people aren't aware that Alabama is the only and quot;Buyer Bewareand quot; state left in the country. Sellers are not required to disclose problems with the house. This means it is very important for a buyer to learn as much about a property as possible. Marsha excels in helping a buyer obtain as much information about the property as possible. In our contract, in addition to the typical home inspection contingency, Marsha added a requirement for the seller to provide a CLUE Report. This report is like a Car Fax, providing information about past insurance claims. I don't know of any other agents who provides that type of service
