It went fine. The only complaint I had was that they had to keep my car overnight. The workers were great. If they make an appointment they should honor that appointment; I was treated like a walk-in.

lWell they said they checked it and couldn/t find anything wrong with it, and that we would need to bring it back when we were having an actual problem with it, But the bad part is they tried to charge us even though we asked them in the beginning how much it would be, and they said there be no charge unless they did the work. We also asked them not to do any work until they gave us an estimate, because we had to have it approved by the warraty company. They didn't find anything and did no work , so I was really disturbed when they tried to charge us.Long story short, when they finished checking it out and putting the part on, our speedometor would not work. We called them and they told us to bring it in. We did , they fixed it , didn't charge us a dime, and rightly so.

Took PT Cruiser in without an appointment at 7 AM. Ronnie took my vehicle's problems and the other things I had observed about it. He called me back at 8 AM to tell me what needed repair and what the diagnosis was on my fog lights staying on all the time. By 10 AM he called back to say the vehicle would be ready by 10:30. They had replaced the turn signal/light switch(short), replaced the front brake pads and turned the rotors and changed the oil and filter.
