They are always here when they say they will be, consistent show up at the same time unless it rains. If it rains, they show up the first day it is not raining. I do not have to talk to him, they know what they are suppose to do. If they see something that needs to be done that is not normally done they check with me before they do it. I get an invoice that I am able to pay online. They are very dependable.
