Terrible; shady company. Not up front about fees. Although they guarantee 100% satisfaction, they give you a run around with deceptive practices and never come through. Our daughter and son in law, who are struggling to support their family as it is, were never informed even of what their refund was, what the fee was, and then when they began to feel uneasy were told they couldn't cancel the transaction because it had already been filed. They were told by employees when returning to the office that the owner was incoherent and irresponsible for promising them over the phone to take care of the problem! They finally cut them a company "refund" check which resulted in them still paying as much for their subpar service as what they have paid to H & R Block in past years for far better service!!
