KARR RELOCATIONS

NIGHTMARE MOVE!! TAKE YOUR VALUABLES WITH YOU!! Moved contents of our MA apartment from North Chelmsford, Massachusetts to Rockwall, TX, Paid form by my new company, I had to pay taxes on the move as income. No problem, the law changed this year. Failed to deliver approx $14000 of contents in 3 sealed boxes that they did deliver. Gee, how does that happen? Owner David Karr doesn't seem interested in coming through on the loss. I offered to take a polygraph to validate my claim if his movers would; me first. So far no takers. Besides that? Extremely unprofessional! Showed up for delivery about 7 hours late, nobody (owner and below) would return our calls to tell us if they were coming or when. A $5000 piece of electronics that I asked to be specially packed was packed with no padding, as were three computers and a monitor. They said they knew how to pack those items. I guess they forgot. They couldn't figure out how to get the sofa inside, told me they couldn't. It was a normal size sofa. I had to tell them what to do. Experienced movers? Hmmm... Didn't put some of the stuff in the right rooms or on the right floor. Didn't do any unpacking, anxious to get out of here. One of the movers was so bad the other told me in private that this was the first trip working with him and he didn't think he would be working with him again. Still time to make it right, David Karr.
