JUST BRICK IT MASONRY

He fixed the stairs, cracks in front and side wall, but did not clean the bricks after dried. (Left for me to do.) Also, did not clean up where they mixed the mortar in my yard. Did not pickup the broken bricks on the ground below where they were working. Finally, he stated he would caulk the top of the brinks where the mortar had cracked to keep the water out. They instead filled 1/2 of it with more mortar and were gone. I will have to caulk it now.

My porch does not look good. You can see the mortar all over the bricks and it just looks bad. He has been out back out three times now trying to fix it. The first time he brought a pressure washer which didn't help at all. Then he tried using a brush and acid. I felt like he should know what it takes to get it off since this is what he specializes in. I am very frustrated that there is mortar all over the bricks. The owner of the company is Bobby Beach and his card says that he is licensed and insured. I don't know how many times I have called him. I have been hassling him for months to come back and make it right. I paid for something I didn't like and this company did not live up to my expectations.
