It went great. I love that they have online pay. Although a little more expensive than other lawn care companies, they make up for it in their level of professionalism. Price of service depends on size of front and back yard.

The service was good. They showed up when they should have except 1 time which was due to a system glitch they had with their office scheduling system. I like the ability to get invoices in my email and online. I also really like being able to pay online. For my needs, this is worth what I think is slightly higher rate than what other places would have charged me.

Poorly. JTL is only concerned about their interests and not the customers. They have a schedule and are completely unconcerned about the needs or desires of the customer. If those needs/desires do not conform to the JTL plan then too bad - they are not met. The man is very friendly in person and projects a real interest in meeting your needs, and when he is there, he does. The lady that runs the office is not at all concerned with your schedule concerns. It is clear that they are relatively new in business and do not understand the concept of customer service. We tried to work with them for some time but eventually it became just too much to put up with.

As a small business you have to trust in employees that they are doing the right job for you, its only when you loose a good customer and get a negative complaint, thats when you have to make change. They were absolutely wonderful. When they thought your lawn was not ready to be molded then they just wouldn't do it. They would come back after 5 days or a week later and mold it then. I would use them again in the future.

The service was fine but it was overpriced for what they did. There was a delay with them calling us back to schedule the initial appointment.

They came in and cleaned up our yard before the growing season gets going. We had a gift certificate they had sent us at Christmas time.

Awesome! We had them mow our yard every other week during the growning season. They would contact us when they needed to change the date due to rain. The yard looked the best it has in some time and the driveway, side walk were always cleaned of debris after. I would highly recommend their services and they have very competitive prices. We will certainly have them do our yard next year.
