Went well, finished on time for price we agreed on. Good job, good person to contract with.

After what was supposed to be a two to three day job, the slab was 'finished' after eight days. The workmanship was poorly done. The slab was poured on an already uneven surface, causing it to not be level. One side is slightly higher than the other. There is concrete smeared on the siding. On the opposite side there is a strip of wood that is covered with concrete to the edge of the wall, while other sections of the wood are visible. The entire slab is not level and varies from section to section. When advised of these issues, there was no remedy offered to correct these problems. This contractor has done work for us in the past, but we cannot use him again, due to his unprofessionalism.

January-March 2024 Only hire for smaller, straight forward projects. We have been more than disappointed in the work of this contractor despite good work on a past project with us on a different property a couple of years ago. Apparently, this project (361ft x 8ft fence, > $16k spent) was more than he could handle in concept, planning or follow through. One month later and at the end of our patience, a gate is literally already falling as the support post doesn’t hold. All this on top of a lack of consistency in cosmetic details and coming home to panels down and pulling off. Currently, we are having to fix what we can by ourselves and hire another contractor for repair of the larger structural elements. We wish we could send him a bill. :(

Joey Arnold never provided and estimates as he promised he will provide within a week or so time frame.

Although my project was somewhat unusual, Mr. Arnold arrived promptly and provided an estimate. Due to the nature of the project the final design required a good deal of revision, but Mr. Arnold was very responsive and I valued his input. When we had a design that fit my property he executed the design well... and quickly. In fact the decks were built much sturdier than I expected. The decks that hold the solar collectors, the storage areas underneath, and the inner and outer fences framing them look extremely professional. After the treated wood had seasoned, Mr. Arnold did an excellent job of painting them. The decks look much better than I expected. I am extremely pleased with the work! I am looking forward to hiring Mr. Arnold to build more decks next Spring.

Joey was exceptional in completing my pavilion build. From the estimation phase through the completed project communication was prompt and clear. Joey was great in explaining his process and taking input from me to make sure that the finished project met all of my expectations. I am more than pleased with the finished project and if I need any additional work I will definitely consider Joey first.

When I emailed 3 different companies and joey construction was fit one to answer my email within a few minutes the other companies didn,t bother until next day . Joey construction were there very next day and was done promptly. They did great job

I had used Joey Arnold Construction for a couple of projects in the past (shelving, storm doors), and hired him again for this job. As always, he was professional and kept me informed through the process; doing quality work at a reasonable price. And he always leaves the worksite net and tidy. Joey has done large (barn facade replacement) & small (window sash replacement) projects at my home. He works efficiently, has an eye for detail, and is easy to schedule. I would hire him again.

Joey Arnold and his helper Tyler were excellent. Job was started and completed within the promised times. Material costs were exactly as the estimate. I had a big picture window pane which was left at this house when I originally bought it; Joey worked to incorporate it, and it looks wonderful. In fact, he framed every piece of glass for windows in the Greenhouse. I have had Joey do 2 other jobs at my home: replaced all the doors in the home and added a wonderful deck to the front of the house. Joey was quite possibly the best contractor we have ever used around our home. He was always on time. Would let me know each evening what time he would be there the next day. He would go over what was scheduled each day and what was scheduled the following day. He never booked other jobs on top of my work. His pricing was very fair. I would highly recommmend him and will definitely use him again.

Great - Joey has repaired the roof and replaced the wood material with hardy plank, so leaking should not be a problem again. He also installed new flashing to ensure that no water will come in. We have had no problem with the new construction - and we are water right now. Great and professional job working with Joey.
