Webster came out to give an estimate. It was the Webster son who arrived. Polite. We dickered on the price but had a verbal commitment. Said they could do the work in five days. Day five he called to say his hauling truck was broken down and rescheduled. He did come out and chop up the fallen limb that was blocking our driveway, moving the debris to the side for later removal, which was nice.  But four days later when his crew was to arrive, he was a no show. When I called him he said the bucket truck was down. Then, he texted me to say he couldn't do it for that price ($2400). I offered to pay an extra $200, but he said he needed $3000. I told him that if I underprice in my business we honor the deal and just learn from the experience. He said sorry, no. I thought fine, I'll write a review and find someone else that's more honorable, and I did just that.

Owner broke first appointment for estimate. Then sent employee after I called. Sent crew for two days as promised and they did well, protecting my lawn with plywood to drive bucket truck to the trees. Damaged two damage major roots by driving over plywood, though. Trees were trimmed thoroughly and the foreman answered my questions and responded to my requests. Missed shaving surface roots and had to come for a second visit. Called owner and he committed to meet with me about damaged roots and hollow space in one tree. He agreed to meet on a Thursday between ten and two. I was there all day and he never came or called even after I complained to the office. They ended up sending an employee another day as described to finish roots. Based on the responses from his staff I get the impression that the owner frequently fails to honor his commitments and, in fairness, they do okay when they cover for him. So, "A" for good tree work and "F" for honoring meeting commitments. average to "C" for the firm.

to have the job done pronto, and without tearing everything up. The tree was huge! They got it out through our neighbor's driveway. After the Tour was over I had them come back and grind the stump. These are just a couple of jobs they have done for us.

They are careful and do good work. They are courteous. They let you know upfront how much everything is going to cost. They do not stray from their estimates. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

We've used Joe Webster several times, and they always do a great job. They even cut another limb that was hanging over my husbands' boat that I hadn't noticed, at no extra charge. They like to take care of their repeat customers.

I called them a couple of times, and they didn't come out. I guess you have to bug them a couple of times to get them out here. They were fine once they got here. I didn't do a whole lot of shopping because they were professional arborists. I didn't want to hire a guy who cuts down trees. I would probably use them again. There's not many here in town.

They do a good job. They do what they say and do it in the time frame they say they will.

We were very impressed at their workmanship and attention to detail. They were very professional and cleaned up the area.

They came out and gave an estimate. The man was knowledgeable and friendly There have been some problems with him returning phone calls. I still have not obtained an actual scheduled time for the removal of the trees. It has been about two weeks since we agreed on the price and I received the estimate.

The tree crew arrived when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. I got a couple estimates all around $800.00. Joe Webster originally said $890.00. When I said someone else said $800.00, they said they would do it for $800.00. When it took less effort than they expected, they dropped the price (of their own accord) to $690.00 and with a polite and quick phone call I talked them down to $590.00. So they are great in my opinion and they dealt with my horrible backyard, which meant they couldn't just pull up their big truck. They had to climb another tree to get rid of that tree. They handled it beautifully. In the past, they have cut down trees for us and trimmed branches, and those were all very professional jobs, also.
