I don't remember the price, but I don't remember it being cheap. I'd give their grade a "B" because they are a dealership. I don't really know about the quality. The oil was changed and the car doesn't register any errors. They're professionalism is good. They're always on time and accurate. We drop the car off for an oil change, but it would probably take about a half and hour if we were to stay.

We put a brand new battery in the car as well. They are pretty good. They checked out the car very thoroughly. They are very efficient, and have a very nice waiting area. They are a top of the line agency. I have been going here for about 4 years now. As long as I own a Honda, I will be going here.

First, they have done almost all repairs on my van since I bought it new in 1999. What I like most about Jerry Damson Honda is that they stand behind their work and rarely charge to evaluate a problem, even when I decided to do the repair myself. Last summer (2013) I had them do a four-wheel alignment that I wasn't satisfied with. I took it back for a realignment but they refused saying that my tires were too old and were unsafe even if they had plenty of tread and they had just done an alignment... After comparing prices at Costco, I decided to have the Honda place replace the tire as they weren't that much higher because Costco did NOT have a coupon that month for the tires I wanted. Turns out that four-wheel alignment is part of the new tire package. So basically I felt like they had charged me twice for the same work (because my tires did NOT become unsafe in just a few weeks). After I had a conversation with the head service manager, he gave me a note saying I had two oil changes and tire rotations coming for free. Note, when the front tires on my Honda van have different air pressures, it feels like the alignment is off. ---. Since then I had them replace a broken engine mount (~$400) and two worn out shocks (~$200 each). I still have them do most my repair and maintenance work. I like their courtesy van and that they will even pick you from home or work if you ask. They have a nice waiting room with coffee, drinks, and snacks. I realize these all cost money, but they make getting your car service less of chore.

I scheduled a 7 AM dropoff. The service advisor was courteous and patient. He called later that morning to let me know the car was ready and that the brake and transmission fluid needed to be flushed. The power steering pump also needed to have a 91 cent O-ring replaced which cost $43 of labor. His quoted price was about $100 more than a private mechanic shop. He also said there was built up carbon in the exhaust manifold and recommended doing some sort of engine flush to clear out the carbon deposits that were most likely caused by dirty fuel. This carbon flush sounded bogus so I chose not to do it. Overall, a typical dealership experience.

They're not typical car dealer people. They're straight shooters and they give you their best deal upfront. I found some people's comments were similar to what I felt. They're basically courteous, no-nonsense, and very accommodating. I bought a lot of vehicles over the years. We picked up the car on a Saturday but the salesperson said he would call me Monday about something that they were going to take care of. It was the first time in all my transactions that a salesperson called me when he said he was gonna call me and gave me an answer to what my questions were. So that was refreshing. They're very particular about using particular parts and having people trained on those cars do those. The service price is typical and fair, it's not typical and not a fantastic price.

Immediate greeting and assessment. Several comfortable waiting areas - TV, newspapers and free refreshments in one area; children's entertainment in another; and still another and quot;quietand quot; room with no distractions. Restroom is very large, clean and well maintained. Complimentary shuttle available for both drop-off and pick-up. Accurate service time estimate. Personal escort from waiting area to cashier. Oh, and my favorite part, a free car wash with every service! Jerry Damson's service department is the main reason I continue to purchase from this dealership.

Made appointment with Service Department to address Honda recall on defective paint for 2008 Honda Civic Si. Service advisor coordinated appoint with body shop to provide estimate for repair. After waiting 40 minutes service advisor advised that body shop could not provide estimate. Remember I had to make an appointment for this and the Service department is the party that provided this date. Explanation provided was that they just were to busy. I had to leave work for this appointment. Follow up with Service provider did not resolve or fix issue. They have continually expalined that they are not responsible for body shop but yet they are the ones forcing customers to this body shop. They refused to allow me to go to other shops in the Huntsville area for the estimate.

Let messages for service advisor for several weeks with no response back.
