The service manager was great and helpful. Our salesperson, complained of being tired and seemed he just wanted to get home for the day which is why I gave them a B for professionalism

I immediately drove to the Acura dealer as I was nearby. My service rep took a look at the dislocated bumper then started trying to get it back in place. After awhile he asked a mechanic to help and then finally got it back in place. The cost - $0! My Acura always goes to Jerry Damsen for service

I am very pleased with them. They provide excellent service. I have used them exclusively for services I was so pleased. They are honest with me and with car dealers, one may face such problems. The advice that they have given me has been right on. If I didn't need something and I thought I need it, they would check it out and they didn't do the service on my vehicle anyway. I trust their decision that they made about my car. My husband makes the decision, but he also feels that if they say it then he will not look further to see if it is correct or not because he is comfortable with them.

I definitely had a good experience with them. They are very efficient and I recommend them.

Overall I have always been very impressed with the service provided by Jerry Damson Acura. If fact it is one of the primary reasons that I continue to purchase Acura's. I have owned a Honda Accord, Acura Integra, Honda Prelude, Acura TL and now an Acura MDX and my experience with all these cars has been enhanced by knowing that the service department is professional, dependable and honest. I really cannot reccommend them highly enough.

The service department is great, but the sales department has a lot to be desired. The sales manager was the one I wasn't happy with. The salesperson was fine. You have to fill out two different surveys. They don't seem to care because I never had any response. If that same sales manager was there, I wouldn't use them again.

We were looking to purchase a new car after an accident. We wanted to purchase through Costco's auto program. We went to Damson Honda and asked if they were on Costco's list of preferred providers. They said they used to be but that they weren't anymore.Then we were subjected to all the tricks of a high pressure sale: We can beat their offer, wait here for a few minutes, etc all these time wasters to wear us down. We finally gave up and left. We bought a Honda Odyssey in Nashville, TN, more than 100 mi from home, instead of less than 10 miles away.The auto service that we've had from them has been fine. We never actually got a quote, after 2 hours of waiting.

They did a good job but they were a little on the expensive side like other dealerships. We were able to make an appointment and they took her on time. They always do and they sent her on her way. They are a pretty good dealership and I am usually not happy with dealerships but they are an exception. I’ve had incredible problems with car dealerships in this area over the past 30 years but I’ve not had any problems with them. They do a good job. We’ve used them for ten years.

We had a funky noise under the dash, and they actually had to disassemble some stuff the last time we were there. We didn’t spend a thing because the work was covered under warranty. We have been using them for about 15 years now, and they are trustworthy. They take the time to talk to you and go over the car, and understand what the issue is. They have a lot of experience working with Hondas and Acuras and are pretty diligent in trying to correct the problem. A couple of times - and I think it is typical anytime you use them - when they have gone into my car, they have almost always left something out. I would continue to use them in the future.

There was nothing bad about their service, they were a great company. They got me in and out within thirty minutes every time I used them. I had no major work done on the car, so, they used to do just the general maintenance work for me. They do a lot of work for free if you buy a car from them, wherein other dealerships don't do that.
