I continually had to put items back where they belonged. I would find items not completed.
They decided I was too particular??????? A necklace also disappeared during their tenure with me. I could not, of course, accuse a particular employee of this, so I did not even report it. This occurred shortly prior to being dismissed by them.
Good riddance.

Except for the new pricing this cleaning service was wonderful and I would use them again and also recommend them.

They did a really really good job. Their price was reasonable.

JQ Russell has been coming to my home for almost 13 years. I have them come monthly. They are very professional, responsive to any needs or complaints and I have recommended them to others. I have also had nothing but the utmost confidence in having them in my home without anyone there. They are trustworthy, respectful, I wouldn't have anyone else clean my home.
At one time I needed a special time due to a family emergency, and they worked to accommodate that need.

They are excellent. They also help me clean the attic. I have them come on a separate day to do that job. I rate them high overall.

I use them every other week. They do a good job. I like them.

They have been cleaning my home for almost a year. I don't know what I would do without them. They are very professional and are willing to change dates if necessary.

I had been using them for about 6 years. I’ve been retired for a couple of years now, and I thought that I should be cleaning my own house. We decided to cut back on our expenses, and so we stopped using them. I last used them in September. Our home has an area of 2800 sq ft. I got them to do just the downstairs and not the upstairs. They came once every two weeks, and I thought that their price of $75 was good. I liked them because they did a good job. Until two years ago, I never saw the crew. They had a key to the house and they came in while we were away. They left things in order and made sure they locked the house back. I started seeing them more once I retired. They were trustworthy and very thorough. The house looked really nice when they left and it smelled clean. Everything was the way it should be. I think they got really familiar with us and got a little bit slack in the last couple of years. The leader of the crew was the same girl for many years. They always came on the same day every two weeks but sometimes the time varied - they didn’t really guarantee that they would be there at a certain time. I would use them in the future, if necessary.
