Mr. Copeland came over and assessed the work that needed to be performed and gave us an estimate the same day. He estimated that the job would take a day and a half and we may need backup heat over night. That was on a Friday, he started the job on the following Monday. He monitored his crew throughout the day ensuring that all was going well. Everyone involved with this project was very professional and knowledgable leaving no doubt we would get the best service available. We did! The job was finished the same day it was started and came in under the estimate. This was an amazing experience and a job well done.
