I was very please with the work that Mr. Hemphil performed. He worked very hard and the price was reasonable, considering the amount of work done. He went well above and beyond to find and fix the multiple leaks in the chimney and siding of my house. He crawled into areas of the attic and chimney box that most would hesitate to enter. What I truly appreciated was that he kept me informed throughout the whole process. For every problem uncovered, he showed me a picture of the problem, described to me in detail what it would take to fix the problem, and offered me lower cost options for repair when feasible. He also purchased materials on an as needed basis to contain costs. Also, three weeks after the completion of this project after the first good rain, he kept his promise to come back and check the attic for any more leaks. I can happily say that there were no more leaks!

Work was done on my house built in 85. Numerous areas had sections of rotten wood. When possible, repairs were made to existing woodwork and when not, rotten wood was replaced. The owner of Huntsville Renovation and Remodeling, Joe, was very helpful throughout the process explaining where the problems were and what the options were. He did an extremely good job on replacing the flashing on the chimney. I was completely satisfied with his performance and would not hesitate to use his services again.
