They came out and took the measurement. They came really early and they were very professional but they were messy. The outside pan was shattered but not falling and they knocked some holes in it and took measurement, they weren't really super-careful about it but it wasn't a problem either. When they came back and did it, they were very fast, they came early in the morning and fixed it in 45 minutes and left and it was great.

Huntsville Glass Company sent their representative out for measurements. He actually gave us several options, one of which we actually liked so well we changed our design and it came out much better. I was impressed with how exact they were. When everything arrived for installation the door went up with no issues and operates great 2 years later. Service was excellent. The quality of the materials is also high above anything you might find elsewhere. We have also had HSV glass cut several mirrors as well.
