General Remodeling
The intitial estimate was less than any other competitor bids (3 recieved). Mr. West estimated that the work on the roof would take three days with good weather. It took exactly three days to complete the roof. The windows were removed and replaced as scheduled when the windows were delivered from the vendor. There was a break in the seal of one of the windows that was noticed two weeks after install. The vendor for the windows promptly replaced the bad element. I paid half the cost of the job up front with the remainder after the job was completed.
