They come on time and they do their job. They are okay.

They were very professional. When I called them I am a senior citizen, they had it down to a science like the ledgering and installation. It was like in a 1, 2, 3 order and they e-mailed me as we approached each step. The work was excellent, but I am having some problems with it now. It maybe my fault because I have some spots on the marble flooring that I cannot get off. I really plan to get down there when I get some time and talk to them and I think they would make it good. The installer was like an artisan. He was into his work and did a beautiful job, but at this point, I am now seeing these spots. I do not know what it is. I do not know whether it is the material because it is supposed to be very porous I believe, but also granite has a glaze on it. It should not be seeping into it. I am very pleased with Home Depot. It is just that this has just occurred.

They don't have that much experience with generators. They don't know how to deal with them in cases like charging taxes, they didn't know that i don't have to do that if i were using their installer. They didn't know that i had options and have that price cut.

Everything went great with Home Depot. They brought at least 15 people out, so the job was finished in one day which I really appreciated. They even had two supervisors come out to check the quality of the work they gave me. They also cleaned up the job site extremely well. I do not think I could have gotten a better experience using this company!

Simple job, and a change in my own requirements was well met.

The stove range itself is very bad. All of the enamel come off of it. We called them, and they gave us the runaround. We made so many complaints for them to look at it. They finally came and look at it. They saw that it was bad. We had to wait a month or more just to get another one. When it came in, it was dented in the front. We had to wait another month to get it. The refrigerator's ice maker broke. We called them, and we had to wait again. The guy came, and he made fun of his company. He said he has 150 ice makers come in because they have a terrible ice maker. He's telling me I have to wait another week to get another part. I don't want someone else to go through this again. We have top of the line appliances, and they're breaking down on their own. This happened within less than a year.

They were excellent. The delivery guys worked hard on getting the refrigerator in and did a great job on getting it in without scratching it at all. An hour job actually took 4 hours.
