We are thrilled.  Mr. Holt is very honest, professional and courteous.  One of the nicest crews we've ever met.  They took their time to see that all our problems were remedied, and could not have been more pleasant.  Everyone was anxious to answer any question we had, and address our concerns.  We had other quotes on the job for much more, but after checking other company's references, knew we had to go with Holt's.  We are so happy we did!  The gentlemen worked long, hard hours for over a week, even though the temperatures were in the 90's, without rushing or short-cutting the job.  (We have an extremely large roof.)  Pricing was much more reasonable than the competition's.  I recommend Holt's to anyone who wants a 1st quality job at a reasonable price.

We used Angie's list to narrow down the list of possible roofers vendors. Four companies were invited to bid, and Holt's Home Repair (and Roofing) won on the basis of price, professionalism, and trust. They were by far the lowest price, and delivered a fast professional job. The roofing crew arrived promptly on a cold windy day, and quickly removed the old roofing shingles. The crew checked out all decking and fascias for sturdiness and replaced a small section of the attached building's decking. They worked carefully among plants and shrubs surrounding the house. The roofers were professional and quick; they worked without complaint replacing all flashing, vents and hoods. The roofing crew also disposed of the old shingles and all installation debris. The thoroughness of their cleanup deserves special mention: they did a superb job. I emphatically recommend them to others who need a new quality roof or roof repairs.

I received the name of this company through my home warranty company. Marshall Holt arrived for the estimate the day after after his company was called. The estimate was given and the following Tuesday morning they arrived as scheduled. They finished the job quickly, cleaned up completely and did a good job. I received a two year warranty for their work. If I need any further roof work done, I will call them again.
