It is a pleasure working with Karnice. She is highly responsive. I can call or text her and she will get back to me in the same day, usually within the same hour. We purchased home warranties based on her recommendation that it will save us money in the long run, and sure enough within the first year that has proven true. We have had an hvac replaced on a 30 year old house, and the money saved on that repair alone has already paid for the cost of our 4 home warranties. Connie, the office manager is also highly responsive. Our deposits go to the bank the 10th of every month and we promptly receive our statements via email. Overall, it is a very smooth process. With Karnice being an investor herself, she manages our properties with the same scrutiny she would hers in regards to cost control.
