They are fantastic, they are very nice people they've been always awesome. They do a lot of things. This is a great company.

Sticker shock when I got the estimate. Prices were much higher than the previous plumbers I had used in the past. Instead of reinstalling all the sinks in our house, I just had them do one and I found another plumber the next day to do the rest of the work. Quality of the install was very good; the plumber was very professional and worked quickly.

Water heater went out 2 days before Christmas. Called and they came out same day. I was last stop and guy worked until night to finish. Water heater was out of mfg warranty. However, was still covered under Hiller warranty. Was replaced at no charge. I was shocked! Great service and warranty. Will use them again.

They had the wrong address and were 2 hours late. However actual job was excellent and staff was extremely nice and professional. I have already inquired about replacing a basement sewer pump and will schedule when I can budget the repair. They quickly approved a credit card online for repairs.

Communication was great. Technicians were prompt, courteous and experienced. Repair was done efficiently and timely. I will definitely use again when a problem arises.

It is a monthly thing. We have used them for like 10 years or so. They were prompt and cleaned up afterwards. It took somewhere between a half our and an hour. The workers are great.

They don't give you an actual price list. They tell you they will give you a discount if you sign up for their annual maintenance plan. Once they come in, they say they are paid to find a problem. When you call you reach the Nashville then are routed to the Huntsville office. I still can't get them to come back out and finish. After they did the repair on the fill tank they sent someone out two more times and said they put in the wrong type of part. Then they said they ordered the flush handle and have not come out to install that. The man that came out to do some electrical work started talking about his political views. He said everyone in prison should be shot and killed. It was very disturbing. I'm wondering who they hire and why they have such a huge turnover. They have a tablet when they come with prices and not online so you never really know if you are getting the discount. It is May now and my commode is still running.

We were very, very pleased with them. We had been putting band aids on it, sort of speak. We knew our heat pump was eventually going to go and it went the very coldest, coldest weekend we had. They had been out once before when they had taken over from All Seasons Heating & Cooling. We had a seasonal contract with All Seasons to come out ever quarter and do a complete maintenance checkup on everything. Hiller had been out once before just did a general checkup on it because our contract had just carried over with them. I think they had replaced some of the parts on our old system at the time. So, we called them since we had a contract with them. We were extremely pleased with them. It cost too much. The technicians were outstanding, very polite. The technicians were great, that came out. The price was within the range because we had checked other systems and stuff with other companies. It was just expensive period. It actually lowered our utility bill. They were very prompt.

We use to have All Seasons Heating and Air and then Hiller bought them out. They do heating and air, plumbing, and electrical, you name it. We have a club where they come ever 6 months and check everything out for us and they don't charge. They didn't give us the product, they just do the service. I look at the toilet they put in and I'm not real thrilled with the floor around it. We always use them. We've used that same company for 17 years. They were taken over by someone else, but it's still a lot of the same people.

Serviceman noted lots of issues with our old system. We had been aware of bearing noise, etc. For a long time. Brad, salesman, worked with us on price workmen were knowledgeable & efficient. Love our new system. We've always been pleased w/ this company! Have had them over 15 years.

I'm part of a plan. I would not recommend them. They're just fine but it seems like they don't have the time.

I thought they were overpriced and they didn’t do a lot for the money.

They checked my unit and then they repaired the tray that was leaking. They got out there really quick and the estimate they gave me was pretty much what I had gotten from other people, so it was in line with everybody else. He took pictures so I knew exactly what he was having to fix and why. They gave me a detailed bill that I needed to send along or receipt that I needed send along to my real estate agent. Any issues I had, they resolved really quickly.
