We had some issues connecting earlier in the week but that was partially my fault.
Showed up when promised, and completed the estimate and was ready to do the job right then - took about two hours to completely finish. Insulated the attic doors and totally cleaned up after the job.

Henry was immediately responsive to our phone call requesting an estimate for adding insulation to our attic. After inspecting it, he noted that there were a number of holes in the existing insulation and that it was scant over the kitchen and dining rooms. This was consistent with two earlier inspections. His estimate was for $575 for R-38, which we felt was reasonable and fair. On the day of installation, he was prompt, courteous, and professional, and when he left, the garage was as clean as it had been when we arrived.

Henry's arrived on time and blew the insulation required. I feel they did the job for a good price. However, they did not clean up afterwards, so I think you should request that when you contract with him.
