Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
The contractor took money from the customer $2,000 dollars did a poor job removing the popcorn ceiling Charged more money to remove the textured portion. He left paint all over the floor. Left the customers house in a mess before he left.
