Stereo and Home Theater System Service
The customer service was just awful.  We had some difficulty with the system and we could not get any customer tech support and we wound up boxing the whole thing up and taking back to them.  We have been in there many times looking at different things and it is very rarely that we get someone to wait on us that is helpful and knowledgeable.  We happen to get a person that was in that in that store just for that day, I think because of probably what we bought.  When we called back two days later, trying to get some help, she was not in the store and nobody could help or seemed interested in helping.  We were going to pay the additional money to get them to come and hook everything up and get it working properly.  We were going to have to wait for 9 days for the first appointment and they were going to charge us.  This is something there should not have been a problem to install and they wanted payment in advance, before they showed up.  We are just not going to do business with them any longer.  The pricing was comparable.
