Very well! Because of a hurricane and my not living in the new area, I had to totally depend on him. He did better than I could have possibly imagined, taking pictures of both good and bad. Because of his thoroughness, I was able to rest easy with my home choice as well as have the seller make needed repairs. They did not skip anything - no matter how minuscule it may have been. Great Job! I would definitely hire them again.

Our family is moving to Alabama and we needed to hire and inspector for our new Home before purchasing. I went on Angie’s list for the fist time to find someone that we can trust to do the inspection since we was unfamiliar with Alabama and who to choose. After reading several reviews we decided to pick Andy. Andy was very responsive and called us immediately about doing the job. Andy explained the whole process in detail and what to expect with the home inspection. He answered all of our questions and followed up with us quickly. Andy performed both the home inspection and Radon test and we was very satisfied with the details of the inspection and Andy provided us with photos as well. We will definitely be using Andy in the future.

I contacted Johnny via text and was given an appointment very quickly. On the day of the inspection Johnny and his incredibly intellectual sidekick Tyler showed up to the house early and were professional from the beginning. They wasted no time getting started and left no leaf un-turned. They thoroughly examined every inch of the house and extraneous features such as the A/C unit, the hot water heater, the roof and the crawlspace. They took a lot of pictures and did not rush at all. They were both personable and informative to talk with throughout the process. When they were finished Johnny gave me a brief rundown of all issues encountered and told me to expect the full report later that evening. I received the report in the time frame he said and was pleased with the detail of the report. I would highly recommend Johnny and Tyler to anyone in need of a home inspection.

We wanted to have a home inspection done prior to listing our home so that we would have time to fix some things ourselves and to shop around for the best person to do the rest. Johnny and his employee arrived ten minutes early. They were very friendly and professional. He talked to me as he did the inspection and helped me to understand the repairs that would be needed on some things. They were here for a couple of hours and covered everything in detail. He emailed us a full report the same evening and had highlighted in red the things that needed attention. It was just the list we needed to get started on our improvements. I would highly recommend him for your inspection needs.

Mr. Frazier was right on time and politely introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He and his assistant promptly went through the house inspecting everything they needed to and answering questions about any issues I found, as well as giving me recommendations to remedy any issues. After the inspection I received a detailed report about 2 hours later and I could move on to the next step in purchasing the house.

I can't believe how many things Johnny missed. It's like he had never inspected before. A realtor friend recommended him, but I would never recommend him to anyone. I am now paying for numerous repairs that he said were fine.

I called Frazier Home Inspections based largely on the reviews from Angie's List.  Johnny answered the call on the first attempt and was able to schedule my inspection on that call for just 3 days later.  He showed up on time (a few minutes early actually) and was extremely thorough in his inspection.  He reviewed the major findings with me on site and had the full report including pictures and a detailed summary to me that same night.  Without question he will inspect my (and any family member's) next home purchase.  Overall great guy and does what he says........

Sincere, honest and professional.  Did the inspection late Monday afternoon, sent me the results on Tuesday.  The radon results were sent to me on Thursday.  Overall, am very pleased and would recommend Mr. Johnny Frazier to others.

Everything went great.  They were punctual, professional, and gave us a detailed report later the same day with their findings.  I hope we don't move again for quite some time, but I will definitely use them again when it's time to buy another home.

They were extremely thorough in their inspection, to include alerting me to possible termite damage. Their inspection missed the leaky refrigerator and washer water valves, but there was no way to check them at the time of the inspection. There was some mold in the drywall near the washer valves, however it was pointed out to me personally and not included in the report. I enjoyed working with Frazier Home Inspection, they were extremely professional and thorough, they even took the time to explain things to me as they were occurring. I would hands down recommend them!

It went okay. They were very professional, but I do feel like they got a couple of things wrong on the home inspection.  But other than that they did a fairly good job.

We used Frazier Home Inspections based on recommendations from friends and neighbors.  We were buying an older home and wanted to make sure that we knew what we were buying.  Mr Frazier was on time and spent several hours completing a detailed inspection.  Mr. Frazier took pictures of everything that needed addressed and sent us a detailed report within a few days.  We were concerned about a radon reading that was a potential deal breaker.  Mr Frazier offered to come back and retest for no charge.  My wife and I were very pleased with Mr Frazier's professionalism and were pleased to find that all recommendations for his services were accurate.  
Several months later we had some electrical work done by someone who's work was very questionable.  We thought of Mr Frazier first and he came out to review the work and gave us his recommendations on what needed to be done.  Based the circumstances surrounding our electrical work Mr Frazier again did not charge us.  My mother is buying a home in the Huntsville area soon and I will make sure that she uses Frazier Home Inspection.
