"I accommodated the members not only by rescheduling their appointment at their request at least once but also for a time much later than I normally schedule and although I told them their problem was minor and the repair cost was below our minimum charge (much lower than a competitor) so my company would not be performing the repair, I offered to let our supervisors perform the work on their own time and they would pay them directly. I look at three to five homes each day. Since my company would not be performing the work on the home, preparing a written proposal did not take priority over other customers with major concerns. I have worked very hard for many years and have established an excellent reputation. I am upset they felt it necessary to file this complaint, especially considering we did not even perform any work."
