Many of the professionals at Elk River Treatment Program know exactly how you feel. We have walked in your shoes and will help you through this crisis. Take the first step by calling one of our licensed counselors today. We are here to help you find the best course of treatment and care for your teen. Elk River specializes in an integrated teen treatment program that combines evidenced-based therapies, positive peer culture, experiential education along with an accredited academic program so your child doesn’t fall behind in school while in treatment. Expert Treatment – Our multidisciplinary treatment team led by a child and adolescent forensic psychiatrist includes a licensed psychologist, licensed professional counselors including those with advanced training in attachment disorders or alcohol and drug treatment, medical physicians, registered nurses including nurse practitioner, highly qualified and state certified educators, and degreed support staff recruited and screened to work with adolescents. Accreditation – Our experienced and professional team can help your family begin the process of recovery. Elk River Treatment Program earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™ for accreditation by demonstrating compliance with The Joint Commission’s national standards for health care quality and safety in behavioral health care. The accreditation award recognizes Elk River Treatment Program’s dedication to continuous compliance with The Joint Commission’s state of the art standards. Proven treatment program – Our program incorporates evidence-based and empirically supported treatment modalities including Transtheoretical Model, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Neurofeedback and Biofeedback Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Group Therapy, and Individual Therapy. Medically staffed – Health and safety of our patients is paramount. Medical professionals are available around-the-clock and patients are supervised 24/7 by an awake staff. Flexible length of stay – Many programs/facilities dictate when your child can be admitted or discharged. We understand that recovery rarely begins or ends on demand. At ERTP, treatment is truly individualized rather than institutionalized. We consider your schedule and focus on your child’s response to treatment. Private Location – Home is your child’s comfort zone, but it is also where mental health conditions and/or substance use raised its ugly head. Elk River Treatment Program provides the distance to realize new perspectives and change direction of current behaviors. Home is also where well-intentioned family members practice enabling behaviors and peers tend to halt positive change. Our facilities are private, safe and secure. Allow your child the space to discover, recover and return home. Payment options – Elk River is an in-network provider for United Behavioral Health/Optum and Value Options Commercial Insurance. We’ve had success with other insurance companies as well. Unfortunately we DO NOT accept Medicaid. We accept private pay and most major credit cards. Elk River Treatment Program also partners with Prosper Healthcare Lending. Submit an inquiry and you can receive loan approval in less than 10 seconds without affecting your credit.
