It went great. To my surprise, I didn’t need insulation. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity. He did give some ideas about what I could do to help keep my upstairs cool. When I do need insulation, I will call Eagle.

Very responsive to my initial request for quote.  Came out for quote prep and was very informative and courteous to my wife.  Provided excellent quote and scheduled installation 2 days later.  Service performed by 3-man crew,  They arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled, with a big truck with hoses coming into house.  They went right to work and finished in an hour, using one man in truck, one man at attic entrance, and one man in the attic.  I inspected after completion and agreed that the installation was uniform and met the required 13" thickness to provide R-38 in the attic.  There was a smell for 2-3 days afterward (cellulose offgassing fire retardant from what i read on Internet), but after that, everything was fine.  I've noticed an immediate reduction in the frequency of the A/C unit cutting on.  Can't wait to see my next utility bill!  I'm a VERY SATISFIED customer overall.
