Doris has been fantastic. She is professional. She backs up her opinions and recommendations with substantial experience and data. She has been very personable with us and realistic with the pros and cons of our property. Most people love their homes and need to to view their property realistically and see the value of their property while waiting for the right buyer who needs what we have to offer. We are still in the process of selling our house. She is encouraging, open to having open houses, additional marketing strategies, etc. Most of all, she is easy to work with and reasonable--always punctual and even though you know she has many other clients, handles your questions quickly and efficiently. She has also helped with recommending people to help us with the variety of needs/services in getting a house on the market and presented well. She has a good network of people she works with and every recommendation she has made for additional professionals has been a positive one. She has been a very good fit for us.

Advised us during the entire process and helped us find the perfect home. We looked at (went into) 10-15 homes some more than once. When she found things she knew we would need to fix, she had people on the phone providing rough ballpark estimates for repair costs or to bring an older home feature up to code. I am certain there is not a better agent in all of Alabama.
