Excellent! I have been going to this place since first recommended in the mid 1990's. I found them to be honest and much, much lower priced than the dealership. Mechanics are all certified for the vehicles of which they work on. When I have gotten an estimate, it was always the same price I paid when I picked up my truck. The few times they ran into any issues while working on the vehicle, they always called before working, and were able to provide a wealth of information about the issue before proceeding. They never call back with any additional issues after that call.

We have dealt with Diehl for several years and always happy with their service and their fair price.

I dropped the car off and left the key and info in the night drop (they have printed envelopes and a drop box in a prominent location) . They called me the next morning to discuss the repairs and then call later with an estimate. Later in the day, they called to discuss additional problems they had found and to get approval fro the work. They called when the car was ready and all the work was performed as described at the price that was quoted.

Overall, this was a pleasant experience. They didn't overcharge and diagnosed my problem quickly and effectively. The lobby to the shop is clean and professional, which seems to be unusual in mechanic shops. The staff was professional and was even willing to wait a few minutes after closing for me to get there and pick up my car. I would recommend this repair shop because they were honest and quick. Don't confuse this with the Toyota and Honda shop right across the street, though. I think they're owned by the same person, but I haven't had any experience with them.

The experience was a good one. I called one day and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The place is clean and neat compared to other shops to which I have gone. They even provided me with a shuttle ride. The problem was diagnosed before 9 am and the car was finished by 4 pm the same day. They use OEM parts.

Ricky Diehl was very professional. He called to give status reports on parts on backorder and did the same when he began repair work.

Based on my positive experiences with Diehl's Toyota/Honda shop across the street, I began taking our used Infiniti to Diehl Nissan as soon as we bought it (Infiniti is made by Nissan). The guys at Diehl are honest and fast and do what they can to save their customers money. On more than one occasion, they were able to use less-expensive Nissan parts (rather than Infiniti brand) and save us lots of money.
