They charged me $1500 to install my kitchen sink. New construction. It took the guy about 3 hours and I has all the parts.

It's been great. We have had no issues and we highly recommend him to others.

Arrived on time, went right to work, was courteous and friendly. Did a very thorough job to my satisfaction. Price was quite a bit higher than I expected based on some other reports from friends for similar work but the work was performed to my expectations. The price was given before the work started so I had the opportunity to cancel the job but they were there and I needed the work performed.

Scott responded very quickly late on a Saturday afternoon. He diagnosed and fixed the pipe leak quickly (total time ~1 hour), which mitigated the water damage to our house. The price was well worth the service provided, especially on such short notice and on a weekend. Thank you Scott!

Done very quickly and professionally, with replacement of sprinkler system lines that had to be cut.

Dean plumbing very professionally removed my broken water heater and installed a new one.

Second day service after the first call. Required help from my wife to hold faucet to complete the job. Completed in less than 1 hour. No hourly rate priced job by some unknown formulae.

Contacted them on 11/20 for an estimate and they came right out. They emailed me my estimate later that evening since he had multiple estimates to do. I called Monday to schedule the water heater job and set it up for Tuesday 11/24.
Scott arrived and wasted no time getting to work. He had the old one out and the new one installed pretty quickly. He was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. When the job was complete he left the area just as clean as it was when he arrived.
Would definitely recommend these guys for all of your plumbing needs.

Dean has done both warranty and non-warranty work for me over the last three years.  The plumber has always been punctual or notified me if would be delayed.  They work efficiently, are pleasant, and the price has been within what I've been quoted.

They were very courteous and did a good job. Every time we have used them, they have been great.

They're very good. I've used them several times over the last 20 years. They are sometimes difficult to get a hold of  but other than that they are very good. They do a good job. I think they're relatively reasonable. They came when they said they were going to come.

Due to  a frozen pipe, an outdoor faucet started leaking inside the wall that ties into our kitchen sink.  Dean a repair man came and relaced the faucet. He was friendly and professional.  Due to water damage, our entire kitchen had to be torn apart and the wood floor had to be replaced by home owners insurance.  Since it only leaked when we watered in the summer with the outside faucet we didn't realize until next summer that  another piece of the pipe had cracked (at the original freezing) and started leaking again when we started watering the lawn.  Kithcen torn apart and floor had to be replaced again!!! This time Dean Plumbing had to pay for all repairs because they did not check the pipe for a crack.  I had to call them back 3 times to tighten the kitchen sink faucet. Now the for the third summer in a row, the there is a water leak under my sink.  Not the original pipe but the metal nut that ties the plumbing into the bottom of the sink.  It had not been tightened properly and when I went to see if it was loose it almost fell of in my hands.  It took three turns to tignten it all the way.  The other side of the sink was not so loose but it needed tightening also. After tightening them NO MORE LEAKS.

Very well.  The drain now drains well.

I spent about $160 for their services. They were great. I called them and they had a guy at my house within 30 to 45 minutes. It wasn’t even an emergency. I researched online and their name came up. It looks like they have been in business for a while. So, I gave them a call just to see how soon they could get somebody out. I didn’t even ask and they said they could have somebody at my house pretty quickly. They said that they would send someone over who was in my area after he finished his job. Then they came right over. They gave me a free estimate on getting some other work done. I even got a thank you card in the mail a week or so later. That just doesn’t ever happen anymore either. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
