It had the normal expected issues of building a new home, however, David (Collins) was prompt to take care of those issues. I have built 3 new custom homes. The 1st & 2nd one came close to resulting in nervous breakdown, divorce, and suicide. This 3rd time with David was a pleasure. I would gladly do it again.
