Kevin & crew were on time, efficient and very attentive to detail. The first crew tore out old cabinets and then the next crew was ready with the new cabinets. A painter was also on duty to caulk and touch up.

We are not the original owners of our house, so you always find surprises in such a house.  One of the odd-ball surprises we found was that the drawers in our guest bath smelled horrible!  It was if someone had dumped cheap perfume in them.  I tried to deep-clean them, bleach them, dry them out in the sun, and other attempts, though nothing got out the horrid smell, making these drawers unusable.  
I took the drawers to Custom Cabinets hoping they could help me build new ones.  They immediately had ideas on what could have created such a smell (as they noted that these drawers weren't actually fully coated by whoever made the original cabinets).  They stated that they could create new ones for me no problem, but noted it may take awhile as this small order may have to wait for other larger orders to go through certain places in the shop, which I fully understood and was OK with.  I was just looking forward to drawers that didn't have this smell with them.
The wait was longer than intended, as the shop had an unexpected issue come up that wasn't within their control.  They felt bad for my extra wait, though they still completed the new drawers, but didn't let me pay for them.  The drawers are perfect, fit well with my current cabinets, and most importantly, no smell!  They kept me up to date with what was going on, and I would definitely recommend others to use their services.

It was great. They are a good company and a friend recommended them to us. as a matter of fact, I contacted them about a small project I wanted done. They were careful with the measuring and they spent time with me figuring out what I wanted.

I received an estimate on manufacture of new cabinet doors, drawer faces, and countertops for a kitchen I am remodeling. The representative was knowledgeable and friendly and made some good suggestions about hardware and type of drawer faces and cabinet doors. Since I am painting the old cabinets that had been laminated at some time in the past it was necessary to replace the drawer faces and cabinet doors. 
The representative who came out to measure everything and the people in the office who helped us pick out the counter tops were very helpful and knowledgeable. I received a complete estimate promptly and received cooperation in setting up the installation of the new countertops. 
I am very pleased so far with the results.

I can understand a company being so busy that they cannot take on any more work or if a job is too small that they would loose money but I could hardly get this company to respond via phone or email.  In my first attempt to contact them I left a message that was never returned.  I called back the next day and was able to finally get a hold of someone who said they could help me.  I emailed pictures of what I wanted made and received a response saying that they would get with the cabinet maker and get back to me.  That was 3 days ago and I'm very much in a rush.  Any response would have been nice.  I have no idea of they do a good job...all I know is I'm not spending money with them and I would not recommend them.

They have good price, good customer service, and good quality.

We had a house fire and had to have our entire kitchen redone.  CC helped us TREMENDOUSLY in all areas of planning, picking materials, and of course installing, etc.  They are beautiful!!!  We are totally pleased with our experience with them.  There was one oversight and one set of cabinets didn't have adjustable shelving put in.  I contacted CC and let them know about the oversight.  At that point I had constant phone contact with the owner's wife, in setting up options to correct the problem.  She expressed to me several times that they just wanted me to be totally happy when we were done.
The owner ended up coming out, making the cabinet (and another that I had wanted adjustable, but didn't request it in the original contract) adjustable.  I also made another request and asked him if it was possible to pay extra and get it.  He ended up giving me what I requested for free.  He said he simply wanted me to be TOTALLY satisfied.  How could I not be?  I know he lost money on having to come back out AND do all the little "extras" I wanted, but that never seemed to be his concern. 
I would GLADLY call Custom Cabinets again in a heartbeat!  Everyone that comes into my "new" kitchen is amazed at how beautiful it all looks.  Thanks Kevin and Shannon!

Wow....I cannot say enough good things about the amazing service and cabinets I received from this company.   I contacted them after finding their listing in the yellow pages.  The cabinet maker, Kevin, told me he was very busy for several months and might not be able to get to me in a short period of time.  Since I wasn't in a rush, that was fine.  He contacted me as promised several months later and we made an appt for him to come do an estimate and to discuss what I wanted.   He asked a lot of good questions when he was here at the house and I had TONS of questions and ideas and he was able to really address all my issues.   He contacted me a few weeks later and we made an appt to visit his shop to select finishes, etc.  He had the drawings all completed and an estimate for me.  Initially, I was a little concerned about the price and even though I know it is always advisable to shop around for estimates, I just had a gut instinct that I would be happy with this company.  Plus, I had had cabinets replaced in another home years before by another company and figured that his price was probably in line with others given inflation.   Kevin advised me that he would be on site for the entire job and it would be one day from removal to replacement.  He even gave me a contact to do the plumbing work and once I spoke to the plumber and was satisfied with his estimate, Kevin coordinated everything else for the plumbing piece.   Several weeks after I had made my finish selections, I had second thoughts and contacted Kevin to see if it was too late to change to another finish.  He obliged that without complaint. 
He and his crew showed up right on time on the day arranged and went right to work.  Just as an aside, the crew were all cleancut and courteous and didn't look like they just walked out of the work release facility! I came home at lunch to see the progress made and was just thrilled with the cabinets.  They finished about mid afternoon and the plumber soon followed to finish off installation of the appliances and faucets.  By dinner time, I was putting everything back in my new cabinets.
These cabinets are soooo much superior to the ones I had installed years before that there is just no comparison.  No detail was left unaddressed.  Every single aspect of them was completed so well.  Small things I didn't expect like a pull out tray in the dead space under the sink, solid wood cabinet shelves, no dividing bars in the middle of the larger cabinets so you open them up to full cabinets all the way across - those things just added so much.   I love the fact that he put a full depth cabinet above the fridge for additional storage space and created a pantry for me out of a small dead space near the door and a desktop workspace near the fridge.  Even the side by side drawers are so perfectly aligned that they just whisper shut and look like a double drawer rather than two singles. 
I would absolutely without question recommend this company to anyone contemplating cabinet replacement.  I might have gotten a lower price elsewhere but I could never have achieved the quality and beauty from Lowes or some other place with stock cabinets.  I feel I definitely got my money's worth and this is an investment I will never regret.  Thank you Custom Cabinets and Countertops!
