Some 9 mos after the repair, an area of paint on the bumper became loost and seemed about to split off. This was about the size of a Silver dollar. When I showed it to Corlett's, they said they would make it right. They picked up the car and returned it to me and apologized for the inconvenience. No charge

Repairs due to auto collision 6/2012. The work was done in as timely a manner as the insurance people allowed. I am happy with the resulting job. It appears as if the accident never happened.

The people at Corlett's were extreme;y professional and easy to work with. I called to make an appointment for and estimate. Left the car to be repaired. They called when it was done. I will dewfinitely use them again if I need automobile repairs.

Corlett fixed a dented bumper on my car. I felt the price was very reasonable. Additionally they noticed that I had a dent in my right front panel which they repaired at no additional cost. I would absolutely use them again.

My wife, when making insurance calls on clients had backed into a rather sturdy mail box, breaking in half the large chrome like piece of trim on the back of her 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The piece was hanging by the licence plate light power cord and looked pretty bad and we couldn't even think about getting it fixed due to the economy. I had bought some duct tape and some glue and that helped a little bit, but it was still pretty tacky. We had signed on to Angies List and I decided to look for auto-body repair places. Corlett's had one recent very good review, so she took the car there and got an estimate. They said the dent was intruding into the supports for the rear liftgate and really needed to be replaced. They told us a price and gave us the option to simply replace the trim or go for the complete repair. We opted for just replacing the trim, still not having the budget for the whole shebang. When we picked up the car, we were delighted to see that they had made an attempt (and largely succeeded) to pull out the dent. The car doesn't look good as new, but the honest and helpful folks at Corlett's did a commendable job of making the car presentable again!

I went to Corlett to obtain an estimate to repair some deep scratches on the hood of a leased car. The representative at Corlett looked at the car and recommended I not repair the scratches. He said his estimate to repair them would be around $500, but in his opinion, he felt the leasing company would not charge for them. I had the car inspected a few weeks later and the inspector filed the scratches as normal wear and tear. I have since received a letter from the leasing company indicating no charge for excess wear and tear. I was very glad the guy at Corlett was so honest and helpful because he saved me $500. If in the future I need auto body repair, I will go back to Corlett.

This was a second repair job done for me; earlier in the summer my front bumper had come loose, and they repaired it in the parking lot until I could return for a replacement of the wheel liner ordered. They seem to be honest as well as reliable. They worked with my insurance closely for me, and I did not have to call the insurance company for anything else once I took my car to the shop. All the work was done well, and I will go back to them for the next body work I need.
