CLARK ELECTRIC CO

I am replacing my electric stove with a gas stove, so this necessitated the change from a 220 to a 110 plug.  Wiring had to go under the flooring (I have crawl space).  They attached the wires to the junction box, but left the junction box dangling underneath the flooring.  Also, the electrical line was not stapled.  Had told them to intall to code.  Gas inspector was appalled with the electrical work and instructed me to get an electrical inspection as well.  Relayed that info to Clark Electric.  That was over two weeks ago.

Brad and his partner arrived on time and went immediately to work.
They found several places in the crawlspace to splice in to for the added outlets.
They pulled the wires, mounted the new boxes, and installed the outlets.
A couple hours later they were finished.
Brad gave me the bill and I wrote him a check.
They packed up and left.

Everything was completed quickly, neatly, and safely. 
Both workers worked nonstop for 2 days, arrived when they said,  politely answered all questions.  

Clark came the next day on time to give me an estimate. However, upon arrival the electrical/lighting issue I had was so easily resolved that they began working. One bank of lights merely needed the sensor adjusted away from oncoming traffic, with the other having an faulty photo cell. I never inquired about the price for the work until they had to purchase a part from the hardware store. I thought they would have given an estimate up front and I was so eager to get the problem corrected that I didn't ask until midway of the job. Thank goodness the price wasn't outrageous. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Would certainly recommend them and would use them for future work!!!

This is the second time I have used Clark Electric, and both experiences were very positive. They arrived on time, did the job required in a thorough fashion but reasonably speedy fashion and for the estimated price. My only complaint is that they did not clean up after themselves. I do not expect an electrician to repair holes in the drywall, but I would expect them to pick up the old parts, leftover bits of wire and vacuum up the drywall dust. I would still use them again, however, as this is less important to me than having the job done right for a good price.

Easy to work with on the phone. Arrived on time. Price was as estimated. Courteous and friendly. Neat work.

I had a punch list of several electrical items I needed completed, and they came and did the first 2 tasks with no problems. Then, when I needed the remaining items completed, they got busy on a project, so I called several times to see how they were doing and finally scheduled a date/time. My husband stayed home from work and they never showed up. I called and rescheduled, and they did not show up again. I tried calling and paging and no response. They never called me back to apologize and I didn't call them back. I won't use them again.

He has been doing our electric work for over 10 years, and he always does a great job.
