I would give this company a 0 stars if I could. They came out on Friday after being contacted by my home warranty company. They told me they would get the part and be back Monday. The technician called and stated the part wasn't available in the whole state of Alabama. They would order it and be out in three to four days. I called them on Friday because I had heard nothing further, it was day #4, and it was going into the 30s the next night. After trying to figure out who had been out and expecting me to remember the name of the man who had been there a week earlier, they said they were waiting for the part from the distributor. I asked if they had a time frame. Unapologetically they told me no, their hands were tied. I called the warranty company who contacted them and got the same story. Monday I called the warranty company back. They called them and were waiting for a call back from them to give them a time estimate. Wednesday, I called the warranty company back and asked for someone else. Another company came out, located the motor at Trane in Madison, and fixed my heater within two days. Never would I call this company. They don't even return phone calls. Horrible customer service and apparently they can't use a phone to call local companies to look for a part that was right in town...

They arrived on time and did a great job.  We have used Castle Air before and have had excellent service from them.

I WAS ASSIGNED CASTLE AIR THROUGH MY HOME WARRANTY SERVICE (OHRP) THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME SO AFTER 4 HOURS I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE AND AGAIN AT THE END OF THE DAY AND THEN THE NEXT DAY AS WELL. NO ONE EVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS SO I ENDED UP CALLING OHRP AND GETTING ANOTHER AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY TO COME OUT. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT EVEN RETURN A PHONE CALL.

Their services were fine. My husband interacted with them. The work turned out all right but we had to have it done again by somebody else. They were very responsive. I probably wouldn't use them again.

We used Castle air through our homeowners insurance. Although we had to call them initially to set up an appointment, they were on time, gave us honest feedbAck and solved our AC issue fairly quickly. Very professional and easy to work with.

We were happy to have the AC working after it began to falter. The technician came within a day of our call.

Overall, they were excellent.

We had a home warranty and this was the company they sent out. The employees of Castle Air impressed us. This will be the company we call if we have a problem in the future.

They were recommended to me by American Shield. They are courteous and return phone calls promptly.
