We came to Carpet One to begin the process of choosing hardwood and ceramic tile for the restoration.  From the moment we walked into the store my wife and I felt like we were the stores top priority.  Debra immediately came to us and assisted us in choosing the right materials and colors. Debra even came to the house to ensure the choices of materials were truly the right ones.  The biggest surprise was the day the installers came to begin the tear out and installation.  I cannot put into words how pleased we were with their professionalism, courtesy, and thoughtfulness for us as we were going through this ordeal and having to live in one room of our house and eat all of our meals in restaurants.  Jamie, Jodi, Danny, Brant and Zach were fantastic and truly wanted and succeeded in doing the job right.  I cannot recall ever having a more reassuring experience. All of the crew needs to be commended for a job well done. Our hardwood floors look fantastic and the new tile selected for the kitchen is amazing.

"This customer purchased tile from a large chain retailer 7 years ago, and contracted with Ace Marble and Tile to perform the installation. The tile installation came with a one year warranty. Carpet One Floor and Home acquired Ace Marble and Tile after his warranty had expired. Carpet One Floor and Home offered to complete repairs to address structural issues on this tile work for a fee, which was declined by the customer. It is standard procedure with any customer at any company that provides tile work and repair to charge for non-warranty repairs. In regards to his carpet purchase, he purchased his carpet in multiple increments, over a period of years. Each individual carpet purchase stands alone, with its own warranty, which provides re-stretching for the life of the carpet. Any warranty issue that he has had with his carpet has been address in a timely manner to his satisfaction, and will continue to be as honored as needed for the duration of those warrantees."

They installed the carpet and pad we requested in a timely manner.  However, I noticed a large crease in the carpet.  The installer said that the crease would go away over time.  After 4 years, it didn?t. 
If an installer claims that a problem with a carpet is a normal part of the installation process and will go away over time, better double check.
