Phil was prompt in showing up at the appointed time.  He presented himself in a very professional manor and I showed him in to explain what I wanted/needed to get done.  He crawled under the house and when he cam out he gave me an estimate which was about $150  less hen other quotes  had gotten.  He then went to our A/C unit and evaluated what was needed and once again, offered up a quote.  Once again it was very competitive.  We agreed upon a price and I asked when he could do the work and he said he cam prepared to start immediately.  He completed the new installation in the time he quoted and then proceeded to do the servicing of the A/C unit.  The before and after was astonishing.  He did everything he said he would and then a few extra things.
I am scheduling him to come back in the spring to do a routing service on our A/C unit.  I would highly recommend him to anyone that can use his services.

Phil Smith is the most conscientious workman I have ever had in our home! He worked very hard to maximize the value of the work being done, while keeping costs at an absolute minimum. I would definitely use his company again for any services of which I have need!
