Our experience with Blake was incredible from start to finish. Blake is a great realtor, but also a great person. We were buying a home in Alabama while still living in New Mexico. Blake always answered my numerous emails, texts and calls in a very timely manner. He was always my advocate in negotiating a difficult home purchase. The home inspector Blake suggested was so professional and thorough, I believe he saved us thousands of dollars in unforseen problems. In addition to helping with our home purchase, Blake helped us find contractors that he personally uses to help us make repairs to the home. We felt at all times that he was looking out for our best interests, we had positive experiences with all companies he suggested.
Our experience with Blake was so good that I consider him a friend. I will tell anyone looking for a home in the Huntsville area to call Blake, I don't believe they can find a better realtor.

Blake came highly recommended by a co-worked who had tried for over a year to sell with another agent. They sold right-away after listing their house with him. They had known Blake for many years.

We have bought/sold many houses in the past and always had less-than-desirable results with our agents. Expectations were fairly low, and the Seller's market environment did not help give us confidence in a quick/easy sell.

Blake came over, on time, for our first appointment. He did not waste any of our time with flowery sales-pitches, etc. He went thoroughly through the house and pointed out things that should be taken care of prior to listing.

He maintained good contact with us throughout the listing/on-the-market process. He did not tell us EVERY minute detail, but informed us of what we needed to know and what additional information potential buyers needed from us.

The house was listed in mid-March and within a couple of weeks we had 2 serious buyers asking detailed questions. Within about 3-4 weeks of listing, we had a contract in-hand.

During the contract-to-closing time, Blake worked behind-the-scenes to hammer out many details with the house, and only "bothered us" with details when action was needed.

This is the ONLY agent I have ever worked with whom I feel completely EARNED his commission!

He is a real "GO-GETTER".
