Very impressed.  These folks are really nice.  JW Kennedy quoted me at $420 for the exact same job that Big Springs did for $300. They came out and surveyed my property AND met me later to explain everything to me.  Excellent customer service and responsiveness. I recommend their service wholeheartedly.

The job went fine.  They were pretty upfront about what it was going to take to do it.  They were professional, but I only met them once when I went to pick up the results. They did the work, emailed me additional copies and that was that; it was pretty easy. They were responsive; I called three or four and they were pretty much the only ones that picked up the phone.

They found out previous survey from 25+ years ago was rather innacturate. I now am sure where my property lines are. They were very proffesinal and did a super job. I will reccommend them to any and all!

Workers arrived on time for the appointment. They rang the bell to let me know they were beginning the work. They were very efficient and had paperwork available the same day. They ensured me they would be available should anyone have questions about the survey. They were able to pull the deed to my land before the survey took place.

Contacted them on Friday, was provided with an estimate and schedule. Was scheduled for the following Tuesday and they actually surveyed on Monday. Quick and efficient.

Overall I was very pleased with the survey. I was able to inspect the property before seeing the final survey and the property had been marked just as I had asked. They were also able to tell me of a storage shed that was located partially on the neighbors property. I stopped by the office to pick up the final drawing and make the payment. Overall the whole process was very smooth and easy.
