They came to the house to give and estimate and that estimate was exactly what we paid. The work was performed efficiently and well. They did use subcontracters for the painting and we were not pleased with the walls in one room but they offered to have the walls redone. We declined the offer and asked them to purchase paint for us to redo ourselves. They agreed. They also sent a cleaning crew to clean after repairs were complete. This was a major job and we were extremely please with their professionalism and work ethic.
