This is the worst and most unprofessional dealings we've ever had with a private contractor, especially for something as straight forward as fence repair. Approxiamately one month after authorizing work, we had received no communications from the contractor. For the next few weeks, we transacted over a dozen individual phone calls and emails with the company. No one from the company ever answered the phone, returned our messages we left, or answered our emails. After two months of being "abandoned" by this contractor, we put them on notice and fired them. This was necessary because their absolute and complete disregard for our moving timeline wasted 2 months of precious time. We now are left to find another fence contractor (now in the middle of prime fence season) to do all this work within a couple of weeks before moving. This entire fenceline also needs to be refinished/sealed (by another contractor) and so this contractor's inability to honor our agreed to timeline has compounded our problems. We are astounded that a company could stay in business employing such poor communications and operating principles.

Robby was very professional. He came out and walked the property with me and understood that we have dogs that dig so he knew to put the fence as low to the ground as possible. He showed up on time and was done in two days. We had 387 liner feet of fence put up and he did an excellent job. I have and would recommend him to anyone looking to build a fence.

They came out to provide a quote on a Saturday. They said they would get back with us on an estimate early the following week. We had not heard back from them 1.5 weeks later so I gave them a call and left them a message that we never received a quote. They never returned or call and we never received a quote. There are plenty of people out there that need business. Im not going to waste my time begging for theirs. From our experience, if you encounter contractors that treat their customers this way from the beginning then RUN very fast to another contractor!

Very professional. Would use this company again. Installed a privacy fence and did a great job!

I was very pleased with the way the job turned out. The fence is very well built, and stands out quality-wise from the neighbors' fences. The posts are level, the cuts are even, and the gate is rock-solid. Robbie's (the owner) price was far lower than his competitors, and his fence looked better than one that was quoted to me at $1000 more. I would definitely choose Bestline Fence to do work for me in the future.
