They were okay; they weren't that great. They couldn't fix it at that moment so they only charged me to look at it. The dealership was clean. They were very friendly. They cost a lot.

The vehicle repaired was great.  The time was shorter than anticipated.  Our $100.00 cost was our deductible.
 
Bentley is one of my insurance company's preferred providers.  A great experience.  Bentley used genuine new Ford parts as the parts would come in matching the vehicle's color.  This would not require Bentley painting the parts, as they would have had to do if they had used reconditioned parts.  This did three things.  
1. Reduced the cost of the repairs to my insurance company.
2. Reduced the time that our vehicle would be in the body shop by at least one day.
3. Gave a lifetime guarantee on the parts to us.
Could not ask for better service.  The body shop personnel were very friendly and helpful.
The service provider's name is now Bentley Buick, GMC, Cadillac, as Pontiac are no longer manufactured.

Estimator was prompt and professional. It took a long time to schedue and they said it would by 7 - 10 days.  It took 10 days. They repaired two doors on passenger side.  Color was a good match.  Interior door panel on front door was separated from door when we picked it up.  Service man said it was that way when they got it?  It wasn't.  But even if it were wouldn't they fix it as part of the repair?  It looked like they broke it,  three of the plastic clips were broken.   Typical repair shop - do the minimum, what ever they can get away with, make excuses for the sloppy work and take the money.

I will never go back!  All the reported service was not performed - oil level was low, the check engine light came on while on my way home from picking the car up, and the tires were not rotated. My biggest complaint is that when I brought the car back in and described my concerns the customer service was totally lacking. I expected a " yes Ms., sorry that you have these concerns, let's see what we can do."  Instead I got nothing but excuses and the service department pointing fingers back at the advisors (the guys that check you in). Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

When I pointed out that it was obvious that the tires were not rotated (because when I brought the car in the front left tire was low - I assumed it would get fixed during the service) I was told that the tires were brand new. What does that have to do with anything? (BTW the tires are two years old) OK, I asked, then why does the receipt say that you rotated the tires, when you just told me that you did not?  I checked the tire pressure on both front tires before bringing the car back to Bentley and one front tire was at 28 psi and one was at 41 psi.  Well I think, if you did not rotate the tires then I assume that the brakes were not checked. Who knows if the air and oil filters were replaced? I cannot see these items. If you don't do the things that I can see then how can I believe that you did the things that I cannot see?

Duane scheduled our vehicle for a Tuesday morning drop off and rental car pickup from the same location. Everything went right as scheduled, the initial rental vehicle didn't really work for our situation and the Duane ensured that we got a car that would fit our baby seat as my wife was scheduled to deliver before the work was going to be completed. There was a slight delay one day due to a more significant amount of damage than initially estimated. When we went to get the vehicle, with the new baby, it liked like nothing had happened to it at all. It was a superb job and I will definitely take my vehicles back there to get them fixed. By the way, Duane went out of his way to help us get the car seat correctly installed into the Sequoia before we left.
