The man was surly and almost dared me to call him again on a warranty issue most likely because after five or six service calls and the problem was not fixed I contacted the Alabama Better Business Bureau (which, by the way, in essence did nothing - I still have the wrong jet and a lot of silicon goop around it, although it no longer leaks)
