Job completed as promised

Have utilized Awesome Cutt for approximately 4 yrs and have had to discontinue their service due to recent lack of promptness and incremental degradation in the quality of work. Their work used to have a much higher standard and attention to detail ... Don't know what happened to it. Specifics: 1. Careless mower operation damaging lawn in multiple locations 2. Uneven cut / dull blades 3. Multiple missed spots / Alibis 4. Had to call multiple times to insure they hadn't forgot us. Recommendation: Drastically improve your quality control and let customers know via email if WX or other events have you behind schedule.

Just started using Awesome Cutt Lawn Care and glad we switched to them.  Their prices are very good and the service is excellent.  They are very professional and do a great job.  My yard has never looked better.  I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I like that they do a really good job and they do not leave trails of grass behind and they leave my yard trimmed nicely.

I said I would use this provider in the future, but alas it seems they only want the initial large jobs and not the smaller follow up work.
They got what they wanted from me and now I am no longer a and quot;goodand quot; place to make a lot of money. Once and done appears to be their motto. Sad.
I was very satisfied with what was initially done and the worker's care for the rest of the yard. I thought they were a little high but they did a thorough job.
However they left me with a bad feeling for this reason:
I had some follow-up work to do in the spring and they even came by for an estimate (after 2 calls). They were also supposed to replace a plant that had died. They never called me back with an estimate or came to replace the plant. Thinking of at least calling BBB for the plant reimbursement since I bought it and replaced on my own.

The owners had creative ways to solve the landscaping problems. The crew was polite , fast, and efficient... We are happy with the results!

Their price was outrageous. They were recommended to me at a home improvement show.

met them at the home show, they came out and bid three jobs, first is completed and satification is Excellent. Better than any one else has ever done! Job one explained above. The second job was to transplant 12 azalias and remove metal bed edging prior to foundation work, The removal was timely and well done. The foundation work is now complete and we are waiting on the weather for reestablishment of the bed. The third job, lawn maintaince for rest of the year. They have worked around the bad weather and have been there each week.
