We hired ATEC after getting the initial evaluation. The plan was $99 for an initial treatment, then $55 every other month. They were prompt with the initial treatment and with the first monthly, but after that would only come when we called them to come. I don't understand how they stay in business, to tell you the truth. They seem to be interested only in getting the up-front pricey treatment, then just walk away. We called and asked them if we were supposed to remind them when it was time for our treatments, and they said no. And they used the same story that another reviewer reported where someone had left the company (or was working in a different capacity) and that we had fallen through the cracks. So now we've gone three months with no treatments, which is a problem in a heavily wooded lot. I guess I should be thankful that at least they don't charge me for not showing up, which is what the pest service before them did.....
with this service in December 20l4 and have continued since because their treatment does a good job of controlling these roaches though it does not eliminate them. They came promptly in Dec and Jan but have continued to fall later and later each month and only after I call them to come. They were here 6/8 and today is 7/9 and these roaches are starting to flourish again. I have called them 3 times so far today and got a promise each time that they would call back. So far they have not and this has been the same issue each month since about February. If their spray did not work so well I would drop them like a hot potato. I was told at one time they only have one service person for a clientele roster of 300. Their BBB listing states 13 people work for this business. They regularly run ads on the local television so apparently they want more customers but I cannot figure out why they treat the customers they have so shabbily.
Perhaps it's not the vendors fault and NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADVERTISED ON Angie's List. The y told me that they hadn't had that deal for weeks yet you accepted payment for it.
I decided to use another pest control company and paid for the entire year. Again please reimburse me for for the cost. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

Then they trenched outside and inside of the crawlspace foundation walls, and pumped the treatment in those areas and into all the foundation piers.
Excellent work, on time, fast and reasonably priced.

They even took care of a few fire ant nests while they were there with left over product.

"We provided the required pest service thoroughly for the member. We were called on numerous occasions to treat the residence and we did so. I am sorry that they are not satisfied with our service. We did treat their residence and provided follow up treatments as well. Upon our last service, we did not see any activity in their residence. We considered the job complete."

However, I do apologize for my employees not answering all the questions that needed attention. I do wish that the customer had contacted me at my office and informed me of any concerns he had regarding our service. Customer satisfaction is always expected from ATEC."
