Requested an appt on the website, and was called within an hour to let me a know a tech would be by shortly. Within 30 minutes, Marrele arrived. He cleared the clog from the vent drains on our roof, then asked us to run the washer to confirm that the drains were working properly. Within 90 minutes from when ATCP first called me, our problem was fixed and for a very reasonable price, without any attempts to upsell any additional services or products. We will definitely use ATCP if we need plumbing services again.

They have been doing a really good job. I'm very pleased with their work. They are jst great people. I call them for my rental properties.

It went great. I had a bad problem after a failed attempt at DIY plumbing. Mr Arseneau has someone at my house in less than 30 minutes after my initial call, and they did an outstanding job that relieved a lot of stress.

We called Sunday morning, and someone was here within 20 minutes! The job ended up taking 3 techs, and took several hours, but they were friendly, explanatory, and polite the whole time. We've used them for several plumbing jobs around the house and I can honestly say they've gone out of their way to save us money!

I am absolutely happy with the service. the owner told me the gentleman's name that would be coming within 30 minutes he called me Glenn was his name made sure of the right address and got here and had the work completed perfectly swept up his little bit of mess on the floor dried underneath the sink and put the fan back to make sure it dried properly. 100% I recommend this company about 15 minutes after Glenn left I got a phone call from the owner asking if he showed up and how the work was done and if I was satisfied that is great customer service and I highly recommend this company and I will use them again if I need to

I received several phone calls after my initial call informing me where the plumber assigned to me was and about when he would arrive. He arrived and completed the job quickly. Very professional. He could have gouged me but did not. He fixed the problem that needed fixed and let me complete the job that I could do.

Called Around the Clock Plumbing at about 9:00 PM on a Thursday night. Had to leave a message, but got a call back in less than 15 minutes from the owner, who sent a plumber out immediately. Tony showed up in about 20-30 minutes, assessed the problem, recommended a good solution (better than just replacing the piping, which was 2 elbows back to back at 90 degrees from each other. He was able to remove about a foot of piping and plumb a straight shot into the line from the water heater.) He was done in about 40 minutes. Paid on a credit card. Tony explained how they handle credit card information, not keeping it on file to ensure there isn't a data breach. Very professional, very skilled, there when I needed them, price was competitive for this type of issue.

Around the Clock Plumbing came out the same day we called, learned where the leak was and came back early the next day to conduct the repair. They were conscientious, kind, professional, and charged fairly. We would use them again in a heartbeat. In fact, have another plumbing job for them to do after the holiday season - finding out where our septic tank cover is!

Have used multiple times for anything to fixing a leak to cleaning a drain. Always professional, prompt, and courteous.

These guys did such a great job. They went above and beyond to try to find a replacement part for the faulty diverter (calling all over town and trying to track down old parts) in order to avoid having to replace the entire shower valve. When they were unable to find it, they were able to replace just the tub spout/diverter itself, which saved us a significant amount of money. They performed the job quickly, cleaned up after themselves completely, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them again!

Put simply, these folks are great. Arthur, (owner) tried hard to get a warranty replacement for my water heater on a saturday but the warehouse for that brand did not cooperate. Tony and Glenn showed up on time on monday and handled the job perfectly. meanwhile, i had also discovered that the shutoff valve under a leaking sink had failed. so i asked these technicians to replace that faucet while they were here. That turned out to be a good decision because the valve interface was unusual, it was an odd fix. Glen decided to rebuild the old valves with a number of seals that he had with him. after three weeks both the faucet and the water heater are fine!. 
Turning the water off and back on at the street would almost certainly cause my 50 year old galvanized pipe to spring a big leak, which i discovered by turning the water back on. NOTE: "this was NOT their fault, given the nature of the pipe materials this was an overdue job by many years" i spent a few more days making sure of my diagnosis, got a good estimate from Around the Clock for replacing the line and scheduled an appointment. I chose to do some tasks myself to save money, these guys were very flexible in adjusting my price and meeting my needs. they got the job done very fast, and two weeks later i have no leaks and an improved flow rate.   

Around the clock plumbing was consistently professional, punctual, and affordable. they honor their estimates, showed up on time, treated each other and me with respect, and even included a welcome measure of good humor, just good guys to work with. Based on these two experiences i would highly recommend them.

I texted Arthur and he promptly responded and was courteous of my time and scheduling. After installing the new faucet they also gave me advice on a dishwasher draining issue I've been having. Took about an hour and a half. Will use again for sure. 

Arrived within 2 hours of calling, called ahead of time, completed the repair in under 10 minutes. Would use them again.

Mark came the same day I called. He performed the work in about 1 hour, was personable and professional, and cleaned up after himself.  I have to say I was VERY impressed with the overall service.
