It was all good.

It was great. They did a great job and very punctual. I would have found making suggestions before coming out to prevent meeting them in case something really didn't need servicing. They are very helpful that way.

Excellent service! Both service repair men were professional and knowledgeable.

On 1/20/09, I visited Appliance Direct to order kitchen appliances for a rental house. A total of 5 appliance were purchased that day. The appliance had to be ordered which Appliance Direct said would take several weeks. However, several of the appliances took much longer to arrive. Appliance Direct offers delivery and installation for a charge. I agreed to this. Two of the five appliances were installed by Appliance Direct and were defective. The installer did not even call me to explain that the items were defective. The oven would not even operate. Eventually after numerous phones call to the service department, Appliance Direct promised to repair/replace the item. The refrigerator was repaired and is now working properly. However, the oven has never been repaired. The service department at Appliance Direct will not even return my calls. It has been almost 5 months. The appliances have been paid in full. Appliance Direct is even asking me to pay for the installation of the products. (I am willing to pay if the product are working/installed properly). The service of their product has not been done in a timely manner.
