They did good work, but they just took their time on getting ready and getting it fixed. It was less than $1,000, I’m pretty sure, but I don’t remember the exact amount.

The project was finished on time, on budget (little pricey but not bad), the Jasper transmission came with warranty and all proper information, answered any question, easy to deal with all the way around. This was a year ago and never had any problems. Picked Anderson to do the work because I wanted it done right without worrie. With a credible long lasting local-reputation I had no hesitation to use Anderson. Yes I could of found it cheaper somewhere else or even use a" Bubba". I wanted to know for sure I was getting the best work possible.

Earlier this year, Anderson replaced both wheel bearings on our 2008 van. The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a good price ($300 cheaper than the other estimate we'd received). Over the last week, we were hearing strange noise from the left front -- my husband took it in and an Anderson employee took it for a test drive. While he waited, the wheel bearing was wheel bearing was replaced at no charge (it WOULD have been about $400) So nice to see a company that stands behind its work -- no questions, no complaints, no arguments, no delays.

I think that everything was done in proper fashion. The work was done in a timely manner, and I was duly notified when the car was ready.
The shop and waiting room were clean and neat. The service was friendly and professional. I would definitely return to the firm.

Great people, I used to do all my own work, but no time for that anymore. It was hard learning to take a car to a shop, instead of doing it myself, but these guys made it easy. They're honest, competent, and quick. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Absolutely great service. The shop could have easily up-sold me on service and what was wrong. They were honest and did an outstanding job. I would DEFINITELY recommend and will use in the future!!!!!!!

After I explained the issues I was having with my car, they took the time to evaluate and provided me with an estimate before performing any work. They were honest and did not try to "sell" me any additional services that were not necessary. They performed the work and my car seems to be running much better.

Found Anderson Motors based on recommendation by friends and was very pleased. DJ was very prompt and called me with a "walk out the door" price within 20 minutes of my returning home after leaving the car. He explained he would have to get the part from the dealer and if they had it in stock, the car would be ready same day. Otherwise, it would be the next day. He called at about 2:00 to say it was finished, I paid, and was on my way.
Their shop was clean and organized looking. The waiting room area was also very clean and pleasant. The staff I spoke with, both on the phone and in person, were very professional and polite.
As I have two older cars, I'm happy I've found "our mechanic".
