"On the initial call into our office, this gentleman and our listing agent had a miscommunication as to what he expected from us. After receiving this review we quickly responded to him to find out why he was expecting a call back, and from that we realized that both of them had a different understanding of the call. We are disappointed that this took place however as a team we always strive to not see anyone dissatisfied with our service."
[Begin Speculation] The house was a very small house and not worth but about $30K or less. I am thinking that it was such small potatoes to such a big company as theirs that it wasn't worth their time. [End Speculation]
In any case, I consider it very bad form and unprofessional not to receive a call back at all. With two calls I don't see me being "lost in the system" both times.
I would not recommend even calling this company for information. Instead, look on Angie's List for a company that is professional and responsive.
"We are sorry that the customer has had this experience with Amanda Howard Real Estate. We spend a great deal of money on advertising and because of this we are very diligent about answering or responding to every individual that calls into our office. Our reputation is extremely important to us and we would never turn a client away for a reason without first informing them of why we could not represent them; this however is never over the price point of a property. We have gone through our call log reports as well as our database that we use for tracking all incoming calls, and have been unable to find the’s information. We would love the opportunity to correct any challenge he had with us regarding not answering or somehow not returning a phone call. So I would ask that the customer please contact me directly as the managing broker/owner of the company to at least to discuss what took place so we can correct a system that obviously failed."
